Open your google webmaster
on the sitemap area,put this and submit
http://namabloganda.blogspot.com/atom.xml?redirect=false

but if you have more than 100 link write down this
http://namabloganda.blogspot.com/atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=100
